Kingdom Hearts 4 Officially Nominated for Most Wanted Game

Kingdom Hearts IV has officially earned a nomination for “Most Wanted Game” at the Golden Joystick Awards, reaffirming that the hype for Sora’s next adventure remains as strong as ever.

Despite long stretches of radio silence from Square Enix, the announcement proved that the gaming community has not forgotten the “Lost Master Arc.” Nominated alongside heavy-hitting upcoming titles, Kingdom Hearts IV is drawing the spotlight back to the mysterious world of Quadratum.

Key highlights surrounding the nomination and what it means for the franchise include:

Enduring Franchise Momentum: Years after its initial 20th-anniversary reveal, the nomination underscores that player anticipation has not waned.

A Sign of Impending News: Fans are viewing the award nod as a potential bellwether for future marketing beats, hoping a strong showing could precede fresh gameplay reveals or release window details at major industry showcases.

Community Rallying: Voting is active across the fan base, with communities across Reddit and social platforms mobilizing to secure a win before the polls close in late October.

Whether Kingdom Hearts IV takes home the trophy or not, the nomination sends a clear message to Square Enix: Keyblade wielders are waiting, and the demand for Sora’s next chapter is louder than ever.
